A man who has been accused of robbing a woman after she won in a casino in Wisconsin has been arrested and ill be charged with Strong Armed Robbery and burglary after he followed her home and stealing her purse.

The man a resident on Milwaukee Milwaukee, age 39 was arrested on Friday and charged in a Washington County Court.

According to the police report, on February 13th after arriving at her home she got out of her car when all of a sudden a man ran up the driveway and grabbed her purse from her shoulder and ran away, taking not only her winnings, but an additional $1,500, her cell phone and her credit cards.

The criminal complaint said that, after the woman got out of her car Feb. 13 at her home, a man ran up her driveway, took her purse off her shoulder and ran away, taking her winnings, in addition to $1,500 in cash and her cell phone.

The report also said that several hours after she was robbed, the thief attempted to use her credit card for gas, but the card was declined. The police used the stations surveillance tapes to identify the car that tried to use the card and verified that it was the same car as the casinos cameras captured following the victim from the casino that night.

When the suspect was arrested the woman's cell phone was found in his possession.

If he is found guilty the man faces a maximum penalty of 27 years in jail and $75,000 dollars in fines.

A 22 month old baby was found in a locked car outside of a South African casino by 2 men who herd the baby crying as they walked by.

The men decided to investigate the crying and came across a locked car with the child in the back seat crying.

The men called the casino security, who called the police, paramedics and the child welfare department, before breaking the cars window to remove the child, who was left in the car with the window open just a crack, a sour bottle of milk and a blanket next to her.

The baby girl was taken to the casino kitchen while the police, casino staff and concerned citizens searched for the child's negligent parents.

The child was given a clean diaper and given fresh milk to drink, before being taken to the hospital to be checked by a Doctor.

The parents once found were arrested, but not before an angry person hit the child's father. The hotel had to put security on the parent's car to make sure it was not destroyed by an angry mob that had surrounded the empty car.

The parents were arrested and will be charged with Child Negligence, when they appear at the Bloemfontein Magistrate's Court on March 6th.

Until the hearing the Welfare Department has taken the baby and placed her with in foster care untill she is either returned to her parents or a perminant foster home is found.

A Spokesman for the casino has said that the couple has been banned for life from the casino.

Leading UK Doctors from the BMA said that compulsive gambling needs to be accepted as a form of addiction and treatment should be covered by the National Health System, and they predicted a large increase in the number of reported problems associated with playing at online casinos and poker rooms.

After listening to the evidence a 3 member appeals court decided that the suspension of a NJ state Trooper was appropriate and that the suspension stands.

The New Jersey State Trooper was caught on tape talking about gambling with another officer who has pleaded guilty of having a small part in an illegal gambling ring that was taken down several months ago.

The officer?s lawyer said that the evidence should be thrown out since they were not allowed to hear the contents of the alleged tape, so it is not known if the officer was talking about being a part of the illegal gambling operation if they were just talking about an their enjoyment of gambling.

The lawyer told the Cherry Hill New Jersey Courier Post that his client may appeal the courts ruling with the state Supreme Court.

A Liverpool court listened to testimony from the staff from 8 sports betting and online casino shops in Merseyside and Cheshire about there experiences of being robed by men wearing hoods who demanded the shops cash.
